Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Mindful Beauty, we value your time and ours. To provide the best possible service to all our clients, the following policies apply:

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    • Kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients effectively.

    • Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.

  2. No-Show Policy

    • Missing an appointment without notice disrupts our schedule and limits opportunities for other clients. Therefore, a $50 no-show fee will be applied.

    • Repeated no-shows may result in prepayment requirements for future appointments.

Refund Policy

Our services and programs are crafted with care to meet individual needs. However, please note the following:

  1. Service Refunds

    • Due to the personalized nature of our treatments and prepaid CryoSkin/ Neveskin, Endermologie, and Mindful beauty services and programs, all sales are final. This includes packages, memberships, and approved programs.

    • Results vary by individual, and while we stand by the quality of our services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

  2. Product Returns

    • For unopened retail products, exchanges may be considered within 3 days of purchase if accompanied by a receipt. No refunds are provided for opened or used products.

Credit Card Authorization Policy

To ensure secure and efficient processing, the following credit card policies apply:

  1. Authorization Form Requirement

    • A credit card authorization form must be completed before your appointment. This secure form authorizes us to process payment for agreed-upon services.

    • If the form is not completed electronically before your visit, it must be filled out upon arrival to avoid delays.

  2. Processing Fee

    • A 2% fee applies to all credit card transactions to offset processing costs.

We take your financial security seriously and adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.

Arrival and Preparation

To ensure you enjoy the full benefits of your service:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any required paperwork or preparation.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to maintain our schedule, and the full-service fee will still apply.

Spa Etiquette and Policies

  1. Personal Belongings

    • Please leave valuables at home. Mindful Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.

  2. Guest and Animal Policy

    • To maintain a serene and professional environment:

      • Guests and children are not permitted in treatment rooms.

      • Service animals are welcome in public areas of the spa but are not allowed in treatment rooms due to health and safety regulations.
